Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how ROAS Calculator handles information when you visit roascalculator.wiki and use its calculators. The site is a lightweight, English-language tool website. Questions can be sent to support@roascalculator.wiki.

Calculator inputs

The ROAS calculators process the values you enter in your browser. The site does not connect to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, or another advertising account, and the current calculator experience does not require an account.

Unless a future feature clearly says otherwise, calculator inputs are not sent to us or stored by the calculator. The downloadable CSV template is a static file for general planning and does not contain your online calculator inputs.

Information we may receive

Our hosting, security, and delivery providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device details, approximate location, timestamps, and requested URLs. This information may be used to operate the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and any attached context. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain correspondence when reasonably necessary.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies or browser storage required by the framework, language preference, or theme preference. Public pages also load a third-party advertising script. The advertising provider may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, browser or device information, approximate location, and similar identifiers to serve, limit, personalize, measure, or protect advertising, subject to its own privacy policy and applicable settings.

The calculator code keeps the values you enter in the browser and does not intentionally send those calculator inputs to us or to the advertising provider. This does not prevent a third-party script from collecting ordinary technical browsing data while it runs, so do not enter personal or sensitive information into the calculators.

If Google products are used on the site in the future, Google may collect, share, and use information as described in its policies. Third parties may place or read cookies, use web beacons, collect IP addresses, or use similar identifiers to serve or measure advertising. Data choices and retention

You can avoid submitting personal information by using the calculators without contacting support. You can also clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings. We retain support messages only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for the information handled by the site. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
